      My interest lies in water-related activities, and I aspire to try surfing and scuba diving at some point. Observing these activities on television has fueled my excitement as they seem incredibly fun and thrilling.

      During my childhood, I actively participated in cricket and football. Despite my desire to learn swimming, the absence of swimming pools in our town prevented me from doing so at that time. I eventually learned swimming during my high school years.

      I prefer engaging in new activities with friends. I believe everything becomes more enjoyable in a group setting. Fortunately, I have adventurous friends who, like me, are keen on trying new activities, and we motivate each other to explore and take on new challenges.

      Upon waking up early, I kickstart my morning with a cup of tea. I spend some time playing with my dog before proceeding to get ready for college.

      Sunday morning holds a special place as my favorite. On Sundays, my father is off from work, and we are all at home. My mom prepares a hearty brunch, creating an opportunity for us to spend the morning together.

Upon graduating, my aspiration is to secure a job and settle down in Chandigarh.
    2. What instills pride in you about your country? I take immense pride in my country, India, owing to its incredible diversity encompassing various religions, languages, customs, and festivals. The country boasts natural treasures like the majestic Himalayas and sacred rivers such as the Ganga and Yamuna, along with numerous ancient forts and palaces. The world-renowned Taj Mahal attracts visitors from across the globe.
    3. Are you well-acquainted with the history of your country? Yes, I possess a comprehensive understanding of India’s history. As one of the oldest civilizations globally, India represents a fusion of diverse cultures and traditions. Its history commences with the Indus Valley Civilization and the arrival of the Aryans. Over the years, India’s rich land has drawn the interest of various outsiders, including the Mughals and the British. India gained independence in August 1947, thanks to the efforts of remarkable individuals like Mahatma Gandhi and Subhas Chandra Bose.
    4. Are you planning to remain in India in the future? Indeed, my future plans involve staying in India. While I intend to pursue my graduate studies abroad, my ultimate goal is to return to India after completing my education. The presence of my family and relatives, who hold great importance for me, along with India’s status as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, makes it an ideal place for me to find a good job and thrive financially.

      I prefer taking a break every 2-3 hours. Despite a busy schedule of classes throughout the day, I seize any available time between classes to relax. I find that my brain becomes fatigued, and after a rest, I experience a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
    2. What activities do you typically engage in during your rest periods?
      While resting, I commonly indulge in listening to music. My college features a beautiful garden adorned with a central fountain and flowers all around. Whenever I have a break between classes, I enjoy sitting on a bench in the garden, listening to music.
    3. Do you incorporate napping into your rest routine?
      On weekdays, due to my college commitments, I don’t nap; however, during weekends at home, I like to take a brief afternoon nap. A 15-20 minute nap proves sufficient to revitalize me, ensuring I stay energetic throughout the day.
    4. How do you feel post-nap?
      Following a nap, I experience a sense of refreshment, heightened energy, and readiness to face challenges. I find myself more relaxed, less stressed, and my overall day tends to unfold more smoothly when I incorporate short afternoon naps into my routine.
