Drinking Water
1. Should we consume a significant amount of water?
Absolutely, we should indeed consume ample water as it contributes to our health. The act of drinking water comes with numerous health benefits, as it maintains the hydration of our skin and body. Failure to intake enough water can result in dehydration.
2. How frequently do you drink water?
I make an effort to drink at least 3-4 liters of water every day. Typically, I have water every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
3. Do you prefer bottled water or water from machines?
I prefer water from machines, such as water purifiers, because I believe that machine-filtered water is purer and safer compared to water packaged in plastic bottles.
4. What type of water do you enjoy drinking?
Personally, I prefer water at room temperature, as consuming cold water tends to give me a sore throat.
