IELTS Speaking Part 1 – Introduction – Feel Happy

Feel Happy

  1. Has anything recently brought you happiness?
Certainly, especially during the past year when I spent most of my time at home due to the pandemic. I discovered the joy of painting by learning art techniques through YouTube videos. Painting has become a source of happiness for me, providing relaxation and melting away my problems and worries.
  2. What actions do you take to maintain happiness?
To stay happy, I engage in various activities such as exercising, consuming nutritious meals, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and reading books during my free time. Additionally, talking to friends and family when feeling sad proves to be a beneficial way to uplift my mood.
  3. Can one sustain happiness constantly?
Maintaining a perpetual state of happiness seems impossible, and it’s acceptable to experience moments of sadness. Given that we all confront challenges, it is entirely natural to encounter negative emotions like sadness, anger, and frustration. As emotional beings, we undergo a spectrum of feelings on a daily basis.
  4. Is the pursuit of happiness significant?
Undoubtedly, happiness holds importance for a healthy and successful life. Positive emotions such as joy and contentment contribute to effective stress management. Furthermore, fostering a positive attitude not only enhances personal well-being but also strengthens connections with others.
