  1. What exercises do you engage in?
    I enjoy a variety of exercises, including weight training at the gym, running for cardio, and yoga for both stretching and meditation.
  2. Do you believe children should engage in sports regularly?
    Yes, children should actively participate in sports regularly, as it helps them stay active and maintain good health. Additionally, it provides a refreshing break from their monotonous study routine.
  3. What was your favorite sport in your youth?
    Cricket was my favorite sport when I was young, and it remains my favorite to this day. I have fond memories of playing cricket continuously for 5 to 6 hours during my holidays, with batting being my preferred aspect of the game.
  4. Do you have a liking for extreme sports?
    Yes, I have a fondness for extreme and adventure sports such as Formula 1 racing, skydiving, and deep-sea diving. Watching these sports on television is thrilling, and I aspire to try them myself one day.
  5. What exercises are popular in your country?
    In my country, yoga holds the top spot as the most popular exercise, given its origins here. Additionally, people nowadays tend to favor joining gymnasiums for weight training.
