    I typically sleep around 7-8 hours every day, considering it essential to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep daily.
  2. Is taking a nap every day necessary?
    Yes, taking a nap daily is crucial because it provides a much-needed break for our bodies, leaving us feeling refreshed after the rest.
  3. Do elderly individuals sleep a lot, and why?
    Yes, older people tend to sleep more because aging leads to increased fatigue, and they require more rest compared to younger individuals.
  4. At what time do you usually go to bed?
    I usually go to bed around 11 PM, but if I have important tasks or exams to prepare for, I opt to sleep early to ensure early morning study or work sessions.
  5. Do you consistently enjoy a good night’s sleep?
    Being generally content, I usually experience restful sleep. However, if I am troubled by something or facing health issues, I may find it challenging to sleep.
