Sports-related activities are always scheduled during certain times in the school schedule, which serves as a good example of this. Their forced participation in motion-intensive activities helps them to maintain their level of fitness. It follows that engaging in these kinds of exercises will benefit a child’s physical growth.

    Furthermore, an ongoing concentration on studies may lead to difficulties with focus.
