  • It is generally acknowledged that families are now

It is generally acknowledged that families are now not as close as they used to be.
Give some reasons why this change has happened and suggest how families could be brought closer together.
Include any relevant examples from your experience.
You should write at least 250 words.

Most people favoured to live with their extended families in the past. Many people now choose to have their own nuclear families. This essay will discuss how work obligations compelled people to choose these families. We will examine the role of an organization in order to address this.

First, people devote more of their attention to developing their careers. An excellent example of this is the professional group that works in their companies for the majority of their workdays. They prefer living in small families with limited interaction with other family members because they have less time for themselves as a result. As a result, it is clear that their lack of involvement with other family members contributes to their distance from them.

Companies can play a critical role in overcoming this. Enabling employees to work from home is the first action a company can take. They will enable their employees to spend more time with their families by taking this action. Taking other actions involves planning a family day at work and declaring holidays for all festivals. They will be able to spend more time with their families as a result, which may aid in the healing of their relationships.

As we can see from the preceding discussion, a demanding work schedule significantly interferes with the development of strong family ties. Consequently, in order to force people to focus on their relationships, businesses ought to permit remote work, extend holidays, and declare family days at work.

  • Some people believe that children’s leisure activities must

Question – Some people believe that children’s leisure activities must be educational, otherwise they are a complete waste of time.
    Do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your experience.

There are big differences in the ways that kids spend their leisure time. There is an argument made for students to participate in educational tasks during this time. To regain their health and focus, I think they should use their downtime to watch television and engage in physical activity.

First and foremost, in order to enhance their physical capabilities, youth must move their bodies. Sports-related activities are always scheduled during certain times in the school schedule, which serves as a good example of this. Their forced participation in motion-intensive activities helps them to maintain their level of fitness. It follows that engaging in these kinds of exercises will benefit a child’s physical growth.

Furthermore, an ongoing concentration on studies may lead to difficulties with focus. If a student is required to complete educational tasks during their free time, for example, there’s a good chance he’ll become dissatisfied with his studies. He can feel more at ease and, as a result, be more focused when he resumes his studies if he uses this time to watch television. It follows that taking these breaks will undoubtedly help them pay more attention.

In conclusion, engaging in pursuits other than academics promotes mental fitness in addition to physical health. Consequently, this disproves the notion that students should limit their work to knowledge-based assignments in order to save time. In the near future, parents should be educated about the benefits of using their free time to do other things for their kids.

  • Some people believe that children should be allowed to

Question –Some people believe that children should be allowed to stay at home and play until they are six or seven years old. Others believe that it is important for young children to go to school as soon as possible. What do you think are the advantages of attending school from a young age? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.Write at least 250 words.

In the current generation, parents are eager to accelerate their child’s growth as children are naturally proactive. Enrolling children in school at the appropriate age is a parental duty, and many may assume it’s more comfortable than raising them at home. I firmly believe that sending a child to school early has significant benefits.

Today, we have unique educational programs like e-techno, where children learn more visually. Even a youngster with an average IQ can comprehend their surroundings. Education is an ongoing aspect of life, and parents consider sending their kids to school at a specific age.

While some believe children may feel forced and uneasy at a young age, adapting to the evolving educational system is crucial. Completing school early may enable students to enter corporate settings, getting accustomed to the outside world at a young age.

In conclusion, starting early education is crucial in today’s competitive world. It depends on the child’s physical and mental capacity, as not every child is a prodigy. Consideration of their abilities is essential.

Question –In the past, many people had skills such as making their own clothes and doing repairs to things in the house. In many countries, nowadays, skills like these are disappearing. Why do you think this is happening? How far is this situation true in your country?Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.Write at least 250 words.

Everything was handmade and made from scratch many years ago. Among everyone’s primary responsibilities were housing construction, field labor, cooking, and clothing production. There were not many jobs like the ones we have today. Lawyers, bankers, journalists, and many others were absent. But that’s not the case anymore.

The world has changed since technology became a part of our everyday lives and the manufacturing of many goods. Individuals no longer receive instruction in house repair or sewing. In the modern era, you can either use technology or hire someone to do the task for you. To get all you need, including food and clothing, you can simply head to the closest shopping center.

Things are essentially the same in my nation. People with these kinds of skills are uncommon, especially the younger ones. It used to be that schools taught children how to operate machinery and sew, but this practice has been discontinued. Of course, there are still those who know how to make things on their own, but they usually do so out of necessity—they are either not very wealthy or live in rural areas.

I think that fewer and fewer people are doing this kind of work by themselves in general. It is a good thing that everything is so readily available and that technology is so sophisticated these days, but consider this: who would take over if all of our machines broke down?

  • Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish.

Question –Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.Write at least 250 words.

Waste management has become one of the most important issues in both developed and developing nations due to the increasing amount of waste produced by modern society. This issue will become even worse as a result of the unavoidable industrialization and population growth. By educating the public and encouraging recycling, the government can contribute to a reduction in the amount of waste produced.

Recently, the number of people on Earth reached an astounding seven billion. This phenomenon produces solid waste as a byproduct. If the current trend continues, it is predicted that this number will soar to nine billion by 2050. Trash production is also anticipated to increase. A portion of the total waste accumulation comes from the manufacturing sector. In order to meet the growing demands of the market, more factories are being built.

As attention turned to combating global warming, this unsavory issue has taken center stage. Educating the guilty parties, the broader public, is one way the government can contribute to reducing this environmental load. Plastic bag usage can be significantly decreased by encouraging people to shop using reusable bags. Additionally, the government can post posters and run ads highlighting ways that a household can cut back on the amount of trash it produces. Sound recycling is an additional action that the government may take. It needs to spend money on a technology that the local government can control. Recyclable material collection sites need to be easily accessible in order to motivate the community’s residents to follow this program. These zones are located no more than 300 meters from residential areas in Sweden, and thus far, their efforts have proven successful.

In conclusion, the fact that the human population will continue to grow is undeniable. Government and public cooperation are required to find a solution to this persistent issue if the world’s natural resources are to remain sustainable.

  • Some people believe that children are given too much free time.

Some people believe that children are given too much free time. They feel that this time should be used to do more school work.
How do you think children should spend their free time?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.

A lot of people believe that since kids these days have so much free time, they should be completing more schoolwork during that time. While it is normal for parents to worry about their children’s academic performance, placing undue pressure on them to study hard and achieve high marks could have unintended consequences. It is important to provide children with engaging leisure activities that will spark their creativity and teach them valuable lessons.

No doubt, schoolwork is important. Studying all day without time for play or nutrition will raise children’s stress levels and adversely affect their future physical and cognitive development. I believe children should engage in activities outside their regular schedule during their free time.

Playing sports in a park or on a playground with other children their own age is one way for kids to do this. This will improve their social skills and teach them how to work well in a team. They can also watch cartoons and spend a few minutes playing educational video games. Moreover, I find it impressive that someone is pursuing a hobby. To do this, a family should be accepting and look for their children’s hidden talents. Not every child, in my opinion, is born with special abilities. Parents, teachers, and other family members have a responsibility to inspire them, and it’s also important to involve them in extracurricular activities like singing, dancing, and drawing. We must acknowledge that an indifferent teenager with strong academic standing is unlikely to have a significant influence on society or advance to a successful career.

Finally, while studying and exam prep are vital for a child’s future, we shouldn’t make them spend all of their time on them. Engaging in a variety of creative, enjoyable, and social activities during their leisure time will enhance their future readiness instead.

Using a computer every day can have more negative than positive effects on young children.
    Do you agree or disagree?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Write not less than 250 words.

In today’s digital age, young children are no strangers to computers, with some spending more than ten hours a day immersed in the virtual world. While there are acknowledged benefits to this trend, I believe the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Modern computers provide a sophisticated platform for efficient and engaging learning experiences. Children can broaden their horizons and enhance their knowledge through interactive websites and educational apps. The dynamic nature of these programs captivates children, fostering a more engaging learning environment.

Despite the educational advantages, it’s crucial to highlight the potential downsides of excessive computer use. Young children often lack the self-control needed to prevent addiction, especially to video games. Overindulgence in these games can lead to a diminished interest in school and socializing with peers. The allure of the virtual world may cloud children’s perspectives, potentially affecting their future ideals.

Prolonged computer use, particularly in young children, can have detrimental psychological and physical effects. Recognizing the severity of these impacts is essential. Parents should remain vigilant to prevent issues such as addiction and monitor potential exposure to harmful online content.

In conclusion, while computers offer valuable learning opportunities for children, the drawbacks of daily use, such as addiction and potential long-term impacts, outweigh the benefits. Striking a balance, with children using computers in moderation, is crucial. Parents must remain aware of their child’s digital activities, promoting a healthy relationship with technology and mitigating any negative consequences.

Some people think it would be a good idea for schools to teach every young person how to be a good parent.
Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Describe the skills a person needs to be a good parent.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.

Many advocates for the inclusion of parenting classes in school curricula as a crucial step towards shaping responsible and skilled parents. While the effectiveness of such courses remains a topic of debate, I strongly believe that all teenagers should receive instruction in parenting skills to equip them with essential life skills.

Parenting classes are deemed essential preparation for entering the family sphere. Preliminary studies suggest that good parenting significantly influences a child’s future attitude and behavior. Enrolling in these classes equips young people with a wealth of skills necessary for raising and educating their children. As a result, children are better prepared, knowing how to care for others and being more aware of potential threats to the family. These classes also instill an understanding of the value of family and the sacrifices parents make.

Teens must develop skills like selecting kid supplements, addressing baby bruises, and excelling as new mothers before parenthood. Despite safety precautions, new mothers might encounter conditions related to baby bruises, requiring immediate medical attention. Initiating breastfeeding demands expertise for maintaining infant health and selecting supplementary foods that promote development. Parenting classes in schools play a pivotal role in helping students develop these crucial abilities.

Schools serve as vital platforms for teaching students about various life aspects, including parenting. These classes provide students with a deeper understanding of their responsibilities and the diverse skills required to be good parents.

Incorporating parenting classes in school education is crucial for preparing teenagers for the responsibilities of family life. By offering valuable insights and essential skills, these classes contribute to shaping responsible and capable parents. In essence, schools play a crucial role in providing education that goes beyond academics, covering essential skills for a successful family life.

Some people feel that entertainers (e.g. film stars, pop musicians or sports stars) are paid too much money. Do you agree or disagree?
Which other types of jobs should be highly paid?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
    Write at least 250 words.

In the realm of entertainment, a common perception prevails that individuals in the business are affluent and well-connected. While this statement holds some truth, it is essential to acknowledge that not every person entering the industry fits this mold. Nevertheless, there are compelling reasons to argue that those working in entertainment deserve the substantial earnings they receive.

Entertainment deeply intertwines with our lives, offering a respite from the mundane and banal aspects of daily existence. Whether through movies, music, or sports, these mediums offer vivid and often larger-than-life experiences that inspire, motivate, and instill hope for a better future. The individuals responsible for bringing these stories to life invest months in crafting lyrics, matching notes, and undergoing rigorous training to deliver top-notch performances. Despite working hard, people often dismiss them as merely “lucky.” I contend that those who dedicate themselves to providing high-quality entertainment deserve fair compensation for their efforts.

Moreover, it’s crucial to consider the relatively shorter careers of athletes, actors, and musicians compared to professions such as teaching, medicine, and engineering. Given the risks, efforts, and outputs involved in the entertainment industry, a higher salary seems justified. Fair compensation acts as a recognition of the challenges they face and encourages them to continue delivering exceptional performances.

However, my perspective extends beyond the realms of entertainment. I believe that various occupations within the sector, such as those in music, film, and sports, should receive significant compensation.Individuals serving the public interest in professions, such as army officials, should receive fair remuneration as a token of gratitude for their service. Jobs characterized by high pressure and immense responsibilities should attract competitive compensation. Professions in medicine, politics, and education, demanding perceptive and proficient individuals, necessitate generous pay to attract and retain top-tier talent.

In conclusion, the arguments put forth support the notion that professionals in the entertainment industry deserve their compensation. It’s vital to fairly compensate occupations with high levels of risk, responsibility, and skill. It recognizes their contributions and cultivates an environment for attracting and retaining top talent in various fields.

Question-Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.Write at least 250 words.

Everyone aspires to possess a delightful, comfortable home they can truly call their own. Homeownership is not merely an aspiration but a fundamental right. However, housing preferences vary, with some favoring houses while others opt for apartments. The choice between living in an apartment or a house is, in my view, contingent upon individual needs and preferences, each presenting its own advantages and disadvantages.

Houses offer expansive accommodations with multiple rooms, a garden, roof access, and more. Owners have the freedom to plant trees, extend the structure, and design the interior according to their preferences. Despite the appeal of these liberties, the cost of homeownership, particularly in cities with soaring real estate prices, often renders it unattainable for many. Additionally, the maintenance of a large house incurs expenses and labor, and the owner bears the responsibility for ensuring its safety.

On the other hand, apartments, designed by real estate developers with contemporary amenities, cater to the needs of small families. They come equipped with ready-made features, including fully furnished kitchens and bedrooms, eliminating the need for individual design and construction efforts. The maintenance of utility and security facilities is overseen by the building authority. However, apartment owners face limitations on remodeling, painting, expanding living spaces, and adding rooms. Furthermore, many apartments depreciate over time and may not always prove to be a wise investment.

In conclusion, the decision between a house and an apartment involves considerations beyond mere pros and cons. Economic capacity, return on investment, personal preferences, and access to modern amenities are all interconnected factors influencing the choice of a place to call home.
