IELTS Speaking Part 1 – Introduction – Boring Things

Boring Things

  1. What things do you find boring?
I find anything slow-moving, with a vague meaning, or involving too many numbers to be boring.
  2. How do you cope with boredom?
To overcome boredom, I try to distract myself by thinking about happier and funnier things. Daydreaming about imaginary future holidays is my go-to method.
  3. What was the most boring activity you engaged in during your youth?
Sitting in a religious congregation and listening to discourses that went over my head.
  4. Is school considered boring by you?
No, not really. School is quite enjoyable for the most part of the day, especially since it involves spending time with friends.
