RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. For all products/services that are bought and/or paid for on this site, the following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that you pay for the product/service.
  2. This refund policy is applicable ONLY for products/services purchased online on theieltsbridge.com and NOT for any classroom programmes or correspondence courses or test series or web-based products for which the fee payment has been made at any IELTS Bridge office.
  3. You can request for a refund of any fees paid by you subject to the following: For products that involve tests to be taken by you (whether online tests or paper-and-pencil tests), or videos to be viewed by you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your course packages chosen must reach us before you attend even one such lessons or before you attend a mock test or before the course pack is dispatched by us to you or before you have used any one of the materials provided.
  4. In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in either one of the two forms given below: A-In the form of an email sent by you to our administrative faculty or to your assigned coordinator. B-In the form of a phone call made by you to your coordinator or our admission officers.If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs.100/- or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher.
  5. If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you through Google pay/ phone pay / bank transfer, the refund amount would be debited back to the respective accounts that was used to make the original purchase. If the amount for the product/service was originally paid by you in the form of cash, the refund amount would have to be collected in person from the address you have made the payment.
  6. Any discounts applied will be cancelled and taken back from the original amount of the services or products purchased by you. This will be in addition to the administrative charges mentioned in the paragraph above.
  7. If your refund request is submitted after the set of material has been dispatched (for products/ services that require us to dispatch material to you) or if you have accessed any part of the services on-line (for products /services that only offer online access), no refund would be allowed.
