IELTS Speaking Part 1 – Introduction – Morning Time

Morning Time

  1. Do you enjoy waking up early in the morning?
No, waking up early in the morning is not something I like. Since I tend to sleep late at night, I rarely wake up early. Despite that, my parents consistently advise me to change this habit.
  2. How do you typically spend your mornings?
Given my inclination to rise late, my mornings primarily involve completing essential tasks like bathing, getting ready, and having breakfast. I also allocate some time to read the newspaper.
  3. How did you spend your mornings in childhood, and why?
During my childhood, my morning routine was quite similar. Waking up late left me with limited time to accomplish basic chores, and I had little opportunity for anything else.
  4. Are there any distinctions between your current morning routine and your past routine?
No, as mentioned earlier, the routine remains largely unchanged. The only minor difference is that nowadays, I incorporate reading the newspaper into my morning activities, which was not a practice during my childhood.
  5. Does your morning routine differ between weekends and weekdays?
Yes, on weekends, there is a variation. We typically visit the Gurdwara in the morning, necessitating an early start. Additionally, we often choose to have breakfast outside on weekends.
