1. How to measure a person’s success?
Measuring a person’s success is challenging as it is a subjective term with different meanings for different individuals. Defining success proves challenging as it involves earning a lot of money, leading a life of helping others, or excelling academically, rendering the establishment of a universal measure difficult.

2. Do you think the way people gain success has changed?
The way people attain success has undoubtedly changed. In the past, success was often limited to a specific area, such as politicians, film stars, or athletes gaining recognition through national media. Today, the advent of reality shows and online platforms like YouTube allows individuals to achieve global success overnight, breaking traditional barriers.

3. How do you define success?
Defining success is complex due to its subjective nature. Various interpretations exist, with some associating success with financial prosperity, while others view it as leading a meaningful life or excelling in academic pursuits. Success remains a multifaceted concept that resists a singular definition.

4. How to reward successful people?
Successful people can be rewarded by acknowledging their achievements through awards, providing monetary incentives, or offering promotions. Recognizing and appreciating their contributions is key to motivating and rewarding successful individuals.

5. What’s the most difficult thing you have ever done?
The most challenging task I ever faced was presenting a model on different types of pollution at my school’s annual science fair. Despite my stage shyness, I managed to overcome the difficulty and deliver the presentation.

6. What qualities does a person need to have, to be successful?
Qualities necessary for success include hard work, effective communication skills, the courage to take calculated risks, and a compassionate and helpful nature.

7. Do you feel terrible when you fail to do something?
While I feel terrible temporarily when I fail to accomplish something, I strive to learn from the failure and work harder to achieve success in subsequent attempts.

8. Is failure a necessary thing in people’s life?
Failure is a necessary aspect of life, serving as a precursor to success. Just as understanding night enhances our appreciation for the day, experiencing failure is integral to appreciating success. The freedom we enjoy today is rooted in the historical struggle against British rule.

9. Is it important for young people to have some achievement?
Having achievements at a young age is beneficial for gaining confidence and understanding the value of hard work.

10. Which one is more important, personal goals or work goals?
Both personal and work goals are equally important, contributing to a balanced life. Ignoring either may lead to a sense of incompleteness, even though personal goals are often overlooked due to the lack of immediate monetary rewards.

11. 11 Have your life goals changed since your childhood?
Life goals have evolved since childhood, with changing interests and a shift from idealism to practicality. Achieving certain goals has led to the emergence of new aspirations in my life.
