Speaking Part 1- Introduction – Running

Running

  1. Do you go running a lot?
    • Yes, I enjoy running as my preferred form of exercise. Running at the end of the day alleviates stress, providing a temporary escape from troubles and contributing to my mental and physical fitness.
  2. Where do you usually go running?
    • I favor outdoor running over treadmill sessions in a gym, appreciating the scenic views and fresh air. Typically, I run around the park near my house, completing 10-15 laps. The presence of other walkers and runners in the park serves as motivation.
  3. When was the last time you went running?
    • I engage in running 4-5 days per week, with my most recent run taking place the day before yesterday.
  4. What do you think of running as a sport?
    • Running stands out as an excellent sport, differing from traditional team sports like soccer, cricket, or hockey. Various running events, including track and field, long-distance running, marathons, sprints, and relay runs, demand hard work, discipline, endurance, and foster a competitive spirit.
